Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course or using the services provided by Sushant Academy of Science ("the Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll or use our services.

2. Enrollment and Admission

2.1 Eligibility

Students must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course. The Academy reserves the right to verify student credentials and reject applications that do not meet requirements.

2.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required fees and completion of all necessary documentation. The Academy reserves the right to cancel enrollment if documentation is incomplete or fraudulent.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Course Fees

All course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of enrollment and before the course starts
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made within 15 days of course commencement
  • No refund after 15 days of course commencement

3.3 Late Payment

Late payment may result in suspension of access to classes and study materials until payment is received. A late fee may be applied to overdue payments.

4. Student Responsibilities

4.1 Attendance

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Minimum 75% attendance is required to remain enrolled in the course.

4.2 Conduct

Students must maintain appropriate conduct and respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior, may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

4.3 Study Materials

Study materials provided by the Academy are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

5. Academy Responsibilities

5.1 Quality of Education

The Academy commits to providing high-quality education through experienced faculty and comprehensive study materials.

5.2 Schedule Changes

The Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty assignments, or course content as necessary. Students will be notified of significant changes in advance.

5.3 Facility Access

Students will have access to Academy facilities during operating hours as specified. The Academy is not responsible for personal belongings left on premises.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, videos, and practice tests, are the intellectual property of Sushant Academy of Science. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

While the Academy strives to provide the best possible education, we do not guarantee specific exam results or admission to any institution. The Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Student information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of conduct policies
  • Poor attendance (below 75%)
  • Any other breach of these Terms of Service

10. Amendments

The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
